TERMS AND CONDITIONS PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK OR ATTEND A PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION AT HEATHER B STUDIOS.

TO BOOK

All bookings are taken by email to ensure all details of dates and times are recorded.

DEPOSIT

Once you have agreed a time and date. The deposit must be paid to secure the date.

The deposit is £30 which is then deducted from the final balance.

The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours. You will be sent a payment request for the deposit via email (Bee Paid) Barclays bank is the company that will appear on the email.

BALANCE

You will receive a payment request through email (Bee Paid) Barclays bank. All payment requests are sent out on Mondays prior to the weeks shoots, your balance must be paid by the day of the shoot before you attend. If you do have to cancel the shoot after paying the balance you will get a refund of the balance, however your will lose the deposit.

RESCHEDULE

If you wish to reschedule your shoot because of weather conditions your deposit is protected and your balance will be transferred to a alternative date at no extra cost.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS

If your shoot is cancelled due to weather conditions you will NOT lose your deposit, your shoot will be moved to a alternative date and time without extra charge.

If your photographer (Heather B) cancels or wishes to reschedule the shoot for any reason you will get a FULL REFUND.

PRE PAID SHOOTS

Newborn bundles, if you have a newborn 3 stage bundle this applies to you.

Cancellation procedure, if you cancel within 24 hours of your shoot you will be charged £25 for a re shoot. If you or Heather wishes to move your shoot due to weather conditions there is no extra charge.

TO VIEW IMAGES ON THE WEBSITE

Please go to the website then go to client area, select your shoot and enter the password. You will be advised on the day of the shoot when you can expect to see your images.

TO PURCHASE SERVICES

Please go to payments and deposits and follow instructions.
Any problems with making payments please let me know.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Are sent out ASAP usually within 24 hours and have 6 months valid dates.

ADVERTISING

All images taken by Heather Durham of Heather B Studios belong to Heather B Studios and can be used for advertising without prior notice or permission. But if you prefer not to have your images used for any reason at all please do make sure you have discussed this with the photographer and your images will have a note (not to be used for advertising on the file). If you see your images in any advertising and you have forgot to ask for them not to be used. Please email or ring and ask for them to be removed.

ORDER COLLECTION

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible. Delays can occur due to various unknown circumstances. If you have a printed order it usually takes approximately 10 days. For USB orders and zip files approximately 7 days.

PRINTING

When you print your images, DO NOT USE HIGH STREET LABS, any supermarket labs. They are not good enough for professional images, the machines are set to auto and will destroy all the delicate colour matching that has been done already by your photographer. You should always print matte not glossy as our skin is NOT glossy.

The next best thing to having them professionally printed is to use labs such as : PHOTOBOX, DS COLOUR LABS, . The photobox and DS are on line.

COPYRIGHT AND IMAGE RESPONSIBILITY

You will have the right to print from your USB as you wish without any need for permission other that this statement.
Your images are kept for 6 months then the responsibility for the images is yours and not the photographers. If for any unknown reason the images are not available within the 6 months after the shoot your full payment for the session is refunded but no other monies will be given.

STUDIO & PARKING

Anyone using the car park at Smithills will be responsible for their own vehicle. When entering the studio you must be aware of wires and studio equipment, props etc. Please take care and be responsible for your children and animals while in the studio.
If your shoot is in the natural studio outdoors with props etc. please be aware that the photographer is not responsible for the you or your children or pets when using the props and walking or running in the grounds. If you feel you are not comfortable with any of the props or surroundings please make sure you discuss with the photographer.
