Important Information
Delivery
We have delivery times between 10-1pm Mon-Sat. We do not take responsibility for the balloons once you have collected or we have delivered them. If you have chosen the delivery service and are not in, we will take the balloons back to the shop and they will have to be collected. In the unlikely event the balloon is faulty we require the balloon back in order to process a refund.
Helium Balloons float and will need to be kept in room temperature conditions to last longer. We use first class helium, so your balloons should give you at least 24 hours float time.
Air filled Balloons do not float, for example the number stacks, floor and wall displays. These displays can last for weeks. But for best results, room temperature. Not near radiators or left in cars.
Stock
We do our best to keep a healthy supply of each type of balloon but we can not control the amount of walk in sales throughout the day. We will always do our best to supply you with your order but should we have to use a replacement we will contact you first.
Payment
Full payment is required when ordering through our website shop. If you place your order in the shop or over the phone we will need a 25% deposit.
