Heather B is the only resident, official photographer at Smithills Hall and therefore has full permission to shoot within the hall itself and the surrounding grounds.

If paying a deposit, please enter an amount of £75 and this will secure your date which can be changed once without charge. For all other payments, please leave your email address, mobile number and name as reference. Your balance is due on the day of the shoot and can also be paid at the studio in cash or by card.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Heather B Studios can not take responsibility for any childs safety whilst in the grounds or building of Smithills Hall. The parent or guardian must take responsibility at all times.Any vehicle parked in the car park is done so at the owners own risk.
Belongings are the clients own responsibility whilst at the studio.
Orders: all portrait orders must be placed within one month of the photo shoot. Your order must be paid for at the time.
Posted orders: are sent first class recorded. Heather B Studios is not responsible for postal delays or loss.
Wedding albums: your order must be taken within a year of the wedding and if not a delay cost of £35.00 will be added to your bill plus any increase in album cost. This may also delay the process of your album considerably. The average time needed to create a wedding album is 10 weeks. Due to unforseen circumstances it may take longer.
Portraits area kept on file for 21 days. Weddings are kept on file for 5 years.
As the photographer and owner of Heather B Studios the copyright of all images taken by Heather B remain the property of Heather B.
Advertising: as the owner of the copyright Heather B Studios has the right to use or display any work that has been created by Heather B Studios. If however you prefer not to have any of your images used please make this clear before the shoot takes place and your wishes will be respected.
Heather B Studios is a fully insured company. If there are any details not listed that you would like more information on please do not hesitate to contact Heather B.
Complaints: if you have a problem or complaint about your images or wedding album, you must report it within one week of recieving your order.
